The Company:
Rainoil Limited was incorporated in November 1994 and commenced business as an Oil Marketing Company in the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry in May 1997.
From very humble beginnings with one Service Station in 1999 with which we entered into a Bulk Purchase Agreement with NNPC as an Independent Petroleum Products Marketing company, we have grown to a group of subsidiary companies with substantial investments in the following areas of the Downstream Operations: Tank Farm Operations, Jetty Services, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Outlets Operation.
We are an integrated Oil and Gas Company operating in the Downstream Sector with a considerable national spread and growing. In a bid to strengthen our workforce we are searching for dynamic and resourceful people to fill the vacant position below:
Responsibilities
Manage the provision of high quality and sustainable administrative support.
Facilitate and monitor procurement of technical equipment, office supplies and consumables from order to delivery
Manage the Company's fleet (including haulage)
Implement agreed administrative support systems, policies and procedures.
Ensure prompt and adequate provision of office supplies and consumables by monitoring usage and putting in place effective replenishment mechanisms
Maintain an effective working relationship with vendors and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery and minimise disruption to service
Management of staff travels.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree/HND in Business Administration/ Social Sciences or related field.
Relevant Professional certification in Administration
Experience in Haulage Logistics is essential
Master's in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years work experience in relevant field with at least 2 years in a Management role.
Skills and Competencies:
Management of Contract and Service Level Agreement
Facilities Management
Procurement and Market Intelligence
Very good interpersonal relations
Good negotiation skills
Proficiency in the use of a Procurement Management Application
