VACANCY – AREA SALES MANAGER RETAIL
Job Details:
The successful candidate reports to the Regional Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the following:
Ensure the perfect execution of the commercial activities of his/her sales team.
Ensure coaching and professional development of his/her sales team.
Ensure understanding and execution of the commercial rules and guidelines of his/her team.
Develop the channel, customer and consumer expertise of his/her team.
Drive the increase of numeric distribution and price compliance within his/her sales area.
Ensure perfect execution of commercial assets.
Manage administration of Senior Sales Officers activities for his/her team.
Requirements:
The Ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) or Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit in any of the following areas: Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines.
Should prdVide evidence of participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption.
Should have a minimum of two (2) years sales experience at managerial level in a FMCG Company.
Should not be older than 40 years as at January 1, 2013.
Must be able to work with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite).
Should be willing to work in any of the cities/towns where we have operations in Nigeria.
