Department:
Marketing & Sales
General Purpose:
Development of marketing strategy for existing and new products.
Maximize support to the Sales force for the implementation of the product strategies and enhance the profitability of the product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and monitor marketing related strategies of new and existing products.
Identify and suggest new molecules through continuous market, customer and competitors survey and diseases areas.
Prepare marketing plan of each product.
Provide training to field force on assigned products along with updates on product related studies.
Personal Qualities:
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Strong Planning & Organizing skills
Strong Analytical skills
Committed team player
Education Qualification:
Must have passed with A grade or equivalent from an accredited University / College
MBBS / B. Pharmacy and /or MBA in Marketing
Experience:
Must have overall 5 -7 years of experience, preferably 3-4 years of experience as assistant product manager or 2-3 years as a product manager.
Age: (Years) 30 -35 Years
