CYBER-CRIME: Naira Marley Blowshot As Court adjourned Case
According to Naija News Reports, Naira Marley The Popular Nigerian singer has Reacted to the continuous adjournment of his trial.
Naija News understands that Naira Marley’s reaction comes after the High Court in Lagos had first adjourned his trial till Tuesday, October 22.
This online news platform reports that the Court haven adjourned the trial of the Nigerian singer to Tuesday, also on Tuesday adjourned the matter with a new date, yet to be disclosed.
While reacting to the development, Naira Marley took to his twitter handle to apparently express his dissatisfaction to the adjournment.
In his reaction, Naira Marley wrote as thus: “In Nigeria, they will arrest u first then they will find out ur crime after”.
Recall that Naira Marley was arraigned before the court on 20 May and slammed with an 11 count charge.
In the charge filed before the court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the Nigeria’s anti-graft agency alleged Marley and Raze (still at large), on 11th day of December 2018, conspired amongst themselves to use Access card 42658840359191132 issued to persons other than them in a bid to obtain gain and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 27(1)(b) of the Cyber Crimes (Prohibition, Prevention etc) Act 2015 and punishable under Section 33(2) of the Same Act.
However, the Nigerian artiste had since been released on bail.
