LEAKED - Buhari sideline Osinbajo, by Secretly Moved all Office Files To London

HAPPENING NOW: All Buhari’s Office Files Secretly Moved To London, As Mr. President Holds High Profile Business Discussion With World Class Leader
Source said: ”Buhari now works from the UK. What do you expect when he now engages in business discussion with OPEC, thereby sidelining Osinbajo, whom he claims he has handed over power to.”

Emerging report has alleged that ailing President, Muhammadu Buhari, may have instructed his Aides to move his office files to the Abuja House, London, where he is currently recuperating from an undisclosed illness.
This insinuation became obvious, when the Secretary General of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC, Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo, paid him a business visit on Monday night, in the United, Kingdom, UK, probably as the Nigerian substantive Minister of Petroleum.
According to a statement released by OPEC, Barkindo and Buhari discussed current oil market conditions, and the implementation of the OPEC-non-OPEC ‘Declaration of Cooperation’.
Post-Nigeria could recall, that Buhari has been away to London, since May 7, for an undisclosed medical treatment.
Before his departure, he had officially transmitted power to the his Vice, Yemi Osinbajo, as Acting President, with full Presidential powers.

OPEC’s statement reads: ”Buhari expressed his satisfaction with the steady progress being made by all participating countries in the ‘Declaration of Cooperation’, and urged them to remain focused and resolute.
”Buhari also commended the Secretary General for the landmark decisions taken in both 2016 and 2017, and for the significant turnaround in OPEC, since he assumed office in August of last year.
”The President has been following events within OPEC and the oil market with keen interest, especially as he was once the Minister of Petroleum for Nigeria, and had represented Nigeria in the OPEC for several years”
Political Analyst however, has faulted the visit, saying that Buhari lacks the power to engage in any official business discussion on behalf of Nigeria, because he has transmitted power to Osinbajo.
“Buhari’s action has shown that he is a diaspora President, who may have moved all his office files to London. No wonder, PDP recently accused Osinbajo to be a figure headed with any iota of Presidential powers.”
Another source said: ”Buhari now works from the UK. What do you expect when he now engages in business discussion with OPEC, thereby sidelining Osinbajo, whom he claims he has handed over power to.”
