President Muhamamdu Buhari questions Charly Boy divisive statements ...
Buhari made this disclosure through the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption, Prof. Itse Sagay.
The reaction came against the backdrop of the protest organised by an ace Musician known as Charly Boy, in front of the headquarters of the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
Sagay slammed the #OurMumuDonDo protesters, over their demand for the repatriation of the former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, from the United Kingdom, UK.
Diezani is being investigated for corruption in both Nigeria and the UK.
Sagay said the demands were not made with good faith.
“Their demand is not only unrealistic, but it is not even being done in good faith.
“These people are hostile to the anti-corruption struggle, and are hoping that if Diezani is brought here, there will be difficulty in getting her convicted”, he said.
