Vacancy - Human Resource Manager.

Details Of Job:
Cedar Microfinance Bank is currently recruiting for the position of a Human Resource Manager.
The HR Manager reporting line would be directly to the C.E.O, and he/she would be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, promotion, retrenchment processes and effective implementation of Bank's policy.

Responsibilities:
Design KPA/KRAs of each staff member.
Coordinate and manage the performance management.
Review and formulate Human Resource policies, processes, and procedures.
Oversee the Administrative HR functions that include managing of HRIS, Medical scheme, etc.
Coordinate and undertake Staffing needs analysis and manpower planning for effective implementation of the recruitment and selection policy.
Support the business in achieving its key strategic objectives.
Provide and support employee relations within the bank.
Facilitate and conduct corporate training and development.

Qualifications & Skills:
He/She must possess the following qualification suitable for the job.First Degree or higher diploma in Human Resources Management/Development/Microfinance.
Excellent Computer and presentation skills.
At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
Deep industry knowledge in Labour laws and current HR business trends.
Ability to proactively network with colleagues in the industry.
