JOB DESCRIPTION
Our office in Korea , Energy Resourcing Korea was responsible for identifying candidates for a Human Resources Manager for our customers energy in South Korea (Nigeria Project) company .

LOCATION:

CLIENT: Korea Engineering Company

MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES TASKS :
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions .
 Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting , testing and interviews, managers advice on the selection of candidates , conduct and analysis of exit interviews , recommend changes.
 Prepares employees for assignments creation and operation of orientation and training programs .
 Maintains a compensation plan by conducting periodic surveys of compensation , planning and conducting job evaluations , preparation of budgets, compensation, monitoring and planning of individual stocks pay , recommend , planning and implementation implement revisions to the compensation structure .
 Responsible for planning, monitoring and evaluation of the results of employees by training managers to coach and discipline employees, management conferences schedule with employees to hear and resolve employee grievances , advising employees and supervisors .
 Maintains benefit programs and informs employees benefit by studying and assessing the needs and trends benefits; recommend benefit programs management , direct processing of claims for benefits , obtaining and evaluation of tenders for service contracts , the contracting of services , design and implementation of educational programs on the benefits programs .
 Ensure legal compliance monitoring and enforcement of federal and state requirements applicable to human resources investigations; recordkeeping Represent the organization at the hearing.
 Keeps management guidelines in preparing , updating , and recommend policies and procedures related to human resources.
 Maintain historical records of human resources through the development of a system for filing and retrieval , keeping current and past records.
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops , reviewing professional publications , establishing personal networks , participating in professional associations.
 Meets the operational requirements of human resources planning and allocation of staff , monitoring of research results .
 Maintains human resources staff through recruitment, selection, orientation and training of employees.
 Maintains staff employment outcomes of human resources advising and disciplining employees , planning , monitoring and evaluation of employment outcomes .
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
