Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and apply a thorough understanding of the business , the organization, the client’s strategy , financial condition and business issues
must have a thorough knowledge of the customer’s industry , including industry trends , performance indicators of the industry and key competitors customers in their sector
Must understand and apply the strategies and IBM offerings for all service lines and IBM business solutions to meet the needs of the client’s business
should have the ability to understand and navigate IBM to identify , acquire and coordinate team resources to meet the needs of clients lead the cross-functional team to develop the best solution for the customer
should have the ability to identify possible solutions by aligning IBM and industry strategies with the needs of the most important companies in the customer
ensure overall customer satisfaction for services
Must have implemented plans for your complete accounts assigned account (s) by taking advantage of key customers and industry knowledge to personal knowledge, research and use of IBM and external experts in the field
Must have personally contributed to the growth through assigned account / services munitions and financial objectives of the business units
Follow the guidelines of management control from IBM and IBM method of customer value opportunities principles. Ensure that opportunity records are up to date and accurate. Maintain accurate and current signing and revenue forecasts.
Mentor and coach junior and / or new members of the sales team.
There should be an experience of at least the following years in the following areas :
- Cloud Sales – 2 years
- Network Security and Sales – 4-5 years
- Data Center Design and Build Sales – 2-3 years
- Should have a degree in computer science / engineering or Master in Computer / Network / Security
REQUIRED
Bachelor
At least 7 years experience in project management
At least 7 years experience in Design and execute along all holders of work on the subject
English: Fluent
PREFERRED
Control in other sciences
At least 10 years experience in project management
At least 10 years experience in Design and execute along all holders of work on the subject
