Vacancy - Head Teller Operations
Level: Assistant Banking Officer-Senior Banking Officer
Job Location: Onitsha Zone, Owerri Zone, Awka Zone, Delta Zone, Edo Zone, Enugu Zone, Aba Zone.
Job Objective:
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coaching of the branch teller team in service and operational excellence to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise teller staff, assisting in the coaching, training and the development of tellers.
Assists tellers in solving member problems, serving as an operational reference
Aid tellers with balancing problems, order and maintain vault cash, schedule work hours and breaks for all teller personnel.
Adhere to help enforce all security procedures as well as other departmental policies and procedures.
Investigate teller losses and institute a corrective flow of work.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant experience from a bank
Minimum of First degree in any discipline. Additional qualification will be an added advantage
Ideal candidate for each role must possess strong business acumen and must be result oriented.
