Vacancy - Head Customer Service
Level: Assistant Banking Officer - Senior Banking Officer
Location: Owerri I Zone
Job Objective:
Lead and drive excellent performance in the branch's service team on daily basis towards achieve the bank standard of service quality to customers.
Responsibilities
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording/updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant experience from a bank.
Minimum of First degree in any discipline. Additional qualification will be an added advantage.
Ideal candidate for each role must possess strong business acumen and must be result oriented.
Very strong desire to make significant impact.
