REQUIREMENTS
B. Sc/B. Tech/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 6 – 8 years experience managing large number of staff at scale in Nigeria
Good knowledge of various IT software and professional certifications
VACANCY - HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER – ZAMFARA
Will provide administrative support and assistance for the development and management of Human Resources functions
REQUIREMENTS
B. Sc in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (HR), Business Administration or Social Sciences
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role covering staff and performance management as well as HR Administration
At least 5 years field based experience in complex and insecure settings, preferably in more than one country
VACANCY - FINANCE OFFICER: KATSINA
Will be responsible for implementing and/or coordinating all financial and administrative support functions for the state office, coordinate with the line manager to ensure timely and appropriate cash flows, matched with the operational needs of the state office and budget forecasts
REQUIREMENTS
B. Sc/HND or equivalent in Finance/Accounts/Business Administration
Experience in working with partners accountable for grants and other financial support provided to implement project activities particularly at community level
Ability to speak at least one local language predominant in that state
Excellent IT expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Professional certificate in Accounting and finance
VACANCY - MONITORING & EVALUATION ADVISOR: KATSINA
Will ensure implementation of the M & E plan for DFID funded Improving Nutrition in Northern Nigeria Program
REQUIREMENTS
Post graduate degree or equivalent in health economics or epidemiology,
Experience of qualitative research techniques, broad understanding of rights and development issues, international relations and the international humanitarian systems
Advanced training in quantitative methodologies including database management, direct experience of monitoring and evaluation related to one or more of these fields: HIV, nutrition and/or economics for at least 2 years
Understanding of range of methods for monitoring, evaluation and assessment to promote evidence-based learning
Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English
Strong analytical skills
