REQUIREMENTS
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA etc
Post qualification experience of at least 10 years in the financial services industry of which a minimum of 5 years must have been in a managerial position
Maximum age of 40 years
Relevant experience of Finance auditing and process improvement
Good understanding of financial statements and financial systems
Must have prior process improvement experience
Ability to create accurate reports to meet internet reporting and analysis requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills and adaptable to all levels of management
Ability to make multiple data sets and variables and create meaningful reports for variety of audiences
Proven project management skills
Strong initiative, drive, confidence and ability to enjoy a fast paced work environment
High level of technical/system aptitude including Excel, Access and Data Warehousing
