Job Summary
The candidate would be responsible for quality customer service delivery in the branch, ensuring conformity with the bank's laid down procedures/processes and regulatory guidelines and provide overall leadership/direction at the branch level and continually enhance team performance to delight customers through excellent banking hall touch point experience.
Full Description
The candidate will ensure effective/efficient implementation of bank-wide policies with respect to branch operations; Supervise activities of operations staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers.
Ensure that branch ATMs are functional at all times and faults timely escalated and resolved;
Ensure effective branch cash management - no cash outs, adherence to Cash on Premises limits (obtain necessary approvals for excess), prompt evacuations etc.;
Ensure branch General Ledger accounts are proofed daily, weekly and monthly (as applicable) and aging items reviewed for timely resolution.

Educational Qualifications
Candidate must have a BA/B.SC in any discipline with a minimum of Second Class -Lower or HND Upper Credit with an MBA/ACA/CIBN.
In addition, He/She must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in banking operations.
Behavioural Requirements:
Candidate must have Good knowledge and understanding of banking operations (domestic and international); show excellent customer service capabilities; must have good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Good Oral & Written communication skills.
Excellent administrative skills.
Good documentation and process management skills.
Capacity for absorbing and managing pressure.
High level of integrity/Sense of Responsibility.
