The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has arrived Washington DC on a visit to the United States, the first time in over one decade.

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has arrived the United States. He arrived with the senate president, Bukola Saraki.
Mr Abubakar, sources said, left Nigeria early today, and landed in Washington D.C., the American capital, ending a 12-year deprivation of visa to a country in which he once lived and owned properties.
