APC Vs PDP: Why Atiku Will Defeat Buhari – Gov Ortom
Benue Governor, Samuel Ortom, has expressed confidence that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) would defeat the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 general elections.
He noted that the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar was the clear favourite to unseat President Muhammadu Buhari, adding that the party would take advantage of the poor performance of the current administration.
Ortom spoke on Monday in Makurdi, during an expanded caucus meeting of the party.
The governor also said Buhari’s top loyalists were hurting his chances by the “unguarded statements that had become their trademarks”
